PURCHASE PROTECTION
If our service does not meet a Consumer Guarantee you may have the right to ask for a refund or replacement where the service is under AU$100,000 or if over AU$100,000 and is normally bought for personal use. You may have the right to ask for compensation for damages and loss if we could have reasonably foreseen the problem.
REPAIR, REPLACE, REFUND, CANCEL
When Netsaver Group sells a product or service that doesn’t meet basic rights, known as consumer guarantees, we must offer the consumer a solution.
Consumers can choose between a refund or replacement when a product has a major problem.
Netsaver Group must fix minor problems with products or services by at least giving a free repair.
Consumers have a right to alter the agreement with a service provider when a service has a major problem.
Netsaver Group will not tell consumers to take the problem to the manufacturer or importer.
CONSUMER GUARANTEES
Our booking and advisory services come with Consumer Guarantees. If we fail to meet any of the following Consumer Guarantees, you have rights under the Law.
The service is provided with due care and skill, the service is reasonably fit for the specified purpose, the service can reasonably be expected to achieve the desired result and the service is provided within a reasonable time.
RETURN & REFUND
If you are not satisfied with what you bought through the marketplaces and Apps Netsaver Group sells on, you may be eligible to return it and get a refund by following the procedure set out in the Return and Refund Policy shown on those marketplaces and Apps. Netsaver Group does not sell product or services on this site.
TRAVEL REFUND
We are a Special Agent for third party travel service providers. Any refund is subject to their Terms and Conditions.
We are not a provider of travel services and have no control over or liability for the services provided by third parties. All bookings are made on your behalf subject to their Terms and Conditions, including conditions of carriage, cancellations policy and limitations of liability, imposed by these travel service providers.
All refunds are subject to us having receiving the funds from the travel service provider and/or being authorised by the travel service provider to refund on their behalf to you.
